Stephen J. Bagge is a partner practicing primarily litigation, construction law, and general business law. Stephen’s construction law practice includes representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, construction professionals, and other participants in the construction industry. He advises clients regarding contracts, lien issues, licensure matters, and disputes. Mr. Bagge’s litigation practice includes construction litigation, business litigation. insurance litigation, and real property litigation. He also provides transactional advice to businesses. On the transactional side, Mr. Bagge has advised businesses regarding transactions of all sizes, including construction agreements, asset purchase agreements, real estate transactions, office leases, and professional services agreements. Mr. Bagge also provides day to day counseling to businesses on a wide array of matters. Mr. Bagge has been named a Rising Star in the field of business litigation by Florida Super Lawyers every year since 2019, an honor achieved by less than 2.5% of eligible Florida lawyers. Mr. Bagge graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was an editor on the University of Florida Law Review and earned book awards in Contracts and Civil Procedure.
